TERMS OF SERVICE

Please take the time to read through and understand my booking terms as outlined below.

Booking Terms
A first hold must be confirmed within 72 hours of the start date (if not confirmed before).
Once confirmed it is subject to a cancellation fee. 

You must release the booking prior to the cancellation period (outlined below) in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellation
Cancellation within 48 hours of a confirmed booking incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed rate.

Cancellation within 24 hours of a confirmed booking incurs a cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed rate.

Duty of Care
As a freelancer in your suite, I am not responsible for backing up any projects or data.

 From my suite, the edit project will be backed up and stored for 12 months.

Transcodes will be kept for 60 days after the completion of the project.

Rushes will not be stored and will be returned to you after the jobs completion if not returned earlier.

If the project needs to be re-edited at a later date, the rushes must be re-supplied and new transcodes will need to be created.
